Terms and refunds

Dot OS is a digital setup kit for OpenAI dots. It is independent and not made by or affiliated with OpenAI. You need your own ChatGPT plan that includes dots.

What you buy

One-time purchases give you lifetime access to the modules you bought, including updates to those modules. Dot Lab is a monthly membership. It renews each month until you cancel from the Billing link in your dashboard. The 3-payment option charges three monthly payments and then stops.

The 14-day money-back guarantee

If Dot OS is not worth it to you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund your one-time purchases in full. No questions asked.

Your responsibility

Your dot acts in your accounts under your plan and your settings. Review drafts before approving them and follow the rules and laws that apply to your business and your employer.
